Q: I messed up my order, can I change/add an item, colour, shipping address, or email address?

A: No problem at all, as long as your order has not already shipped out. Please email us directly at info@midesq.com as quickly as possible, along with your order number and contact information. We will be able to refund or make changes to your order before it ships out to you.

 

Q: When will my credit card / crypto wallet be charged?

A: Your payment will be charged immediately after your checkout process is complete.
